🍞台式麵包/吐司/古早味甜點、中式糕餅的運送狀態：
- 取貨方式可選擇店內自取/貨運宅配，可指定希望出貨日期，但需彼此確認後才能安排製作與出貨：若不指定日期，如可提早出貨也會提前通知。
- 運送全程皆為”常溫狀態”。
- 未食用完請直接冷凍，加熱回溫食用方式請見食品說明附卡。

🍞台式麵包/吐司、中式糕餅的保存方式：
-常溫保存2-25°C
麵包的保質期較短，從出爐後就逐漸變硬老化。含餡甜麵包/吐司常溫可保存2-3天；含肉餡的麵包，只能保存1天；丹麥麵包、可頌類，可保存3天，第二天口感會變軟；硬質麵包、法棍、歐包等，常溫最佳8小時內，需用紙袋包裝。
-冷凍保存2°C以下
吃不完的麵包請盡快冷凍保存好。小麵包裝入密封袋或保鮮袋冷凍，大麵包可切片後密封冷凍。冷凍可保存30天。

🍞台式麵包/吐司、中式糕餅加熱指南：
-烤箱/氣炸鍋復烤
取出冷凍麵包後，表面噴水或刷水，直接放入烤箱，不需預熱調至150°C，烤7-9分鐘左右，視麵包大小厚度調整復烤時間。
若要脆皮，可用上述方式加熱10分鐘。
（常溫麵包也建議稍微加熱再吃喔，口感更佳。）
-電鍋回熱
取出冷凍麵包後，直接入蒸鍋蒸3-8分鐘，視麵包大小厚度調整蒸的時間。
-微波爐回熱
爐中放杯水或在麵包表面噴水，中火微波20-30秒。

新運費價格 (2024/3/1生效)
🌟UPS宅配快遞服務 (德國、荷比盧奧捷丹匈波義、法西葡瑞典) ，會因國別而貨運宅配的運費與預估送達日數會有所不同：
- 德國全境內運費都是一樣的：使用UPS Standard隔1-2天到貨1-2組7歐元, 3-5組9歐元, 6-10組14歐元, 11-15組22歐元 (均提供Tracking number)
- 荷比盧奧捷丹匈波義運費：使用UPS Standard隔1-3天到貨1-2組16歐元, 3-5組21歐元, 6-10組26歐元 (均提供Tracking number);
- 法西葡瑞典運費：使用UPS Standard隔1-3天到貨1-2組20歐元, 3-5組21歐元, 6-10組28歐元 (均提供Tracking number)
- 未列在以上的歐盟國家範圍與包數請聯絡胖餐桌客服來計算運費; 目前不運送至歐盟以外國家，請見諒，感謝。

All products in the store are handmade according to customer specifications and are not stocked.

- Custom-designed cakes require a reservation at least two weeks in advance; classic cakes need to be ordered a week in advance; and for Swiss rolls, bread, and desserts, please place an order at least five working days in advance.
- Fresh food items are non-refundable. Photos are for reference only; the actual products take precedence.
- Note: Chiffon cakes, Swiss rolls, macarons, and cup cakes are for Instore pickup and Local Delivery only. Local delivery is limited to a 40 km radius from the Teamate Pang store.
- Bread, toast, and beef cubes can be picked up in-store or delivered via shipping.
- Currently, we have not opened the option for customers to customize their own bread combinations. There is no minimum order quantity; even one set can be shipped.
- The checkout page currently does not support online card payments. Instead, after placing an order, you will receive an email with payment details (bank/Paypal).

Please review your order confirmation email to ensure that all order details (final shipped items & quantities, order amount, and shipping fees) are correct.

Please make the transfer payment according to the bank/Paypal account provided in the email.

After payment, contact Teamate Pang customer service via their Facebook page, Instagram: teamate_pang, Line ID: @880trvxu (including the @), WeChat ID: DickerTisch, WhatsApp: +49 1733295268 to confirm the estimated shipping date for home delivery or in-store pickup, and to receive shipment notifications and a tracking number before shipping.

Enquiries will be responded to at the latest by the next day. If you don't receive a response within two days, please inquire again.

You can specify your preferred shipping date, but confirmation is required from both parties before production and shipping can be arranged. If no date is specified, early shipment will be notified in advance.

To ensure that you receive the best quality and taste, all products are freshly baked on the scheduled shipping day.

- For in-store pickup, products will be shipped in the afternoon on the scheduled shipping day. Please coordinate with Teamate Pang customer service for a meeting date, time, and location in advance.
- For home delivery, UPS Express will be used in the afternoon on the scheduled shipping day; delivery will be made the next evening to the specified delivery address (within Germany); other EU countries will take 1-4 working days.

If there are issues with unsuccessful or delayed home delivery, assistance will be provided in contacting the courier company, but no responsibility will be taken for transportation issues. Thank you very much for your understanding.

For the delivery of chiffon cakes, mille-feuille cakes, Swiss rolls, macarons, cup cakes, and cream spiral bread:

- For in-store pickup/local delivery, you can specify the desired shipping date on the same day or the day before. Please coordinate with Teamate Pang customer service in advance for a meeting date, time, and location.
- The entire delivery process will be in "refrigerated state."
- It is recommended to bring your own cooler bag; dimensions can be referenced at this link: https://www.amazon.de/-/en/gp/product/B07D781MZF. If you don't have a large enough cooler bag, we can also help with the purchase, and you can take it with you when picking up the goods.

For in-store pickup (Instore pickup), please coordinate in advance with Teamate Pang customer service for a meeting date, time, and location:

For the delivery status of Taiwanese bread/toast/old-fashioned desserts and Chinese-style cakes:

- For in-store pickup/home delivery, you can specify the desired shipping date, but coordination is required before production and shipping: If no date is specified, early shipment will be notified in advance.
- The entire delivery process will be in "room temperature state."
- If not consumed, please freeze directly; the heating and reheating method can be found on the attached food instructions.

For the storage of Taiwanese bread/toast and Chinese-style cakes:

- Room temperature storage: 2-25°C
The shelf life of bread is relatively short and gradually becomes harder and older after baking. Sweet bread/toast with filling can be stored at room temperature for 2-3 days; bread with meat filling can only be stored for 1 day; Danish bread, croissants, etc., can be stored for 3 days, and the texture will become softer on the second day; hard bread, baguettes, European-style bread, etc., are best at room temperature within 8 hours and need to be packed in paper bags.
- Freezer storage: Below 2°C
Please freeze the bread that you cannot finish eating as soon as possible. Small bread can be packed in a sealed bag or a fresh-keeping bag and frozen; large bread can be sliced and sealed for freezing. Frozen storage is possible for 30 days.

For the heating guide of Taiwanese bread/toast and Chinese-style cakes:

- Oven/air fryer reheating: After taking out the frozen bread, spray or brush water on the surface, put it directly into the oven without preheating, set it to 150°C, bake for about 7-9 minutes, and adjust the reheating time according to the size and thickness of the bread.
If you want a crispy crust, you can reheat it for 10 minutes using the above method.
(It is also recommended to heat the bread at room temperature a bit before eating for a better texture.)
- Electric pot reheating: After taking out the frozen bread, steam it directly in the steamer for 3-8 minutes, adjusting the steaming time according to the size and thickness of the bread.
- Microwave oven reheating: Put a cup of water in the oven or spray water on the surface of the bread, microwave at medium heat for 20-30 seconds.

For home delivery (Germany, the Benelux countries, Poland, the Czech Republic, France, Italy, Hungary, Austria, Portugal, Sweden), the shipping cost and estimated delivery time will vary by country:
